I'm actually quite relieved now. At least I know where I am again! I was starting to think I'd broken...and at least I don't have to go to the docs now! Yey.

Hi twinklie (polkadot i'm copying your bold names :)) sorry to hear that - hope you manage keep positive for next month.

    becs - whats an 'endo'?

Talking about mooncups - I have one but never really got into using it properley. I bought it years and years ago and recently had another go after chopping the 'tail' shorter and I ended up leaking - must not have put it in right, or could it e because i have a retroverted uterus? I do use washable sanitary towels though and they're fab - especially my new soft furry ones - so comfy! I still use disposable towels at work though.
Proud to be a moneysaver!

Have you got the right size? There are 2 sizes. Did you leak a lot or just a little....I've never had any problems with mine since I got through my first AF with it. The first one there were a few little niggles but it was down to the user and not the cup!

That said, different strokes for different folks I guess....I'm with confuzzled - feels a bit like wearing a nappy to me. I like to keep the mess to a minimum iyswim. Having said that I know some ladies that use the mooncup with washable sanitary towels to mop up any leaks.

oooh can I join in the mooncup chat?

I bought one a couple of years ago and I quite like it but haven't embraced it as much as twinklie has!

I find it great for bed and never wake up feeling headachey and dehydrated, and I always use it at home but still stick with tampons for work and when I;m out and about. I find the mooncup can leak if I'm moving about too much, particularly on heavier days.

I don't notice it's in when I'm wearing so definitely not uncomfortable, but I'd never get it out without the tail lol

Had lots of CM today so am thinking (hoping!) that I'm oving.

Grabbed dh when he came home from work so fingers crossed!!

What do you ladies do to defy the laws of gravity after bding in the middle of the day (or early evening!) Do you stay lying down for a while afterwards?

Smartie hope you're feeling a bit better after your latest spate of fraud! Poor you!

Twinklie sorry af got you but at least it arrived! If you're stressed that may have caused the delay, if your bathroom renovation is anything like ours was I could easily see how you could be stressed!

Maddie sorry an "endo" is an endochrinologist, they basically are specialists in hormones and the pituitary gland. Gymfriend and I both have pituitary tumours so have to see the endo to make sure all our hormone levels are correct and that the tumour isn't growing etc. Because the tumours we have produce prolactin our bodies had too much which makes conception impossible without treatment. My cycle stopped for over a year until I was diagnosed. Gymfriend has been on meds though and is now PG:T so I'm just waiting patiently for my turn now!
