Trying to decide between temping and cbfm for the next cycle. I'm not buying anything yet just in case but trying to decide between the too. Really, I'm not sure how regular I'll be with the temping, whereas you have 6 hour window with the cbfm don't you. But then temping is much more moneysaving.....

You could put a wanted on your Freecycle for a cbfm:D I think someone here got one that way recently...or am I imagining things:confused:
If you're lucky enough to get one then thats very mse:money:

I tried that already...no luck. But my freecycle is a bit pants if you ask me. I've never once seen anything remotely useful on it. It's always just junk people want rid off. Mind you....lots of that junk goes....hmmmm

    Hi twinkle

I started temping this cycle for the first time and use fertility friend to record the data. i've found it really useful as it confirmed my ov day - i also find it interesting (very sad i know!!). i set my alarm, temp, then go back to sleep but i know that a lot of people find it hard dropping back of. i don't have that problem

sorry that you got a bfn this morn - i wouldn't believe it though until af turns up!

I'm pretty convinced AF is going to turn up today now...I have proper AF pains (I know I had this last week but we'll ignore that). Feeling irritable like I normally do with AF too (which I didn't last week). Bit of a bummer that I'll have no loo tomorrow though...might have to go to sainsburys to shop in batches. Ha ha.

Praise be for the mooncup though...I don't have to change as often I when I used to use other methods....so if I do get AF a change in the morning...sainsburys in the afternoon then I should have the toilet by evening and the jobs a good un!

I LOVE my mooncup and would never EVER go back. The first time I used it I was a bit scared if I'm honest - inserting it was fine and easy...but getting it out was a struggle. I basically didn't stick my finger in far enough to get it!!

Its made my periods lighter and less painful though, and I don't have to change anywhere near as often. It's also better for the environment and I've saved a FORTUNE on tampons!!

Like I say I think inserting it is the easy part but the first few goes at getting it out are interesting - unless your used to sticking your fingers up inside yourself! :rotfl:

Basically though once you get used to doing it (took me about 3 days) it's easy and I've never had a leak or a spillage accident. The weird thing is the tail for helping remove it...I found it no use and just cut it off. Honestly though....I'd never ever go back - my foof feels healthier around that time if thats makes sense (and I can't feel it when it's in either).

Really???? That good?? I might give it a go, possibly......:o
I always get a crampy/full/achy feeling around AF when using tampons and I hate towels(like wearing a nappy!) so could be a solution for me.

I'm certainly used to sticking fingers inside myself after being enlightened on cervix positions and type of EWCM...thanks ttc:rolleyes::rotfl:
How far up does it go??? I have images of an eggcup being shove up your foof and then waddling with it between your legs around during af:rotfl::rotfl:
