My pubic bone is splitting apart, my hips grind, my back aches, the tops of my legs hurt, my section scar feels like it is tearing apart, I have ligament pain both sides, a pain under my right ribs that goes all the way round and everytime I move my bump goes solid as well as the braxton hicks and the random contractions (BH and the contractions feels different, they start in different places) that make me feel shaky and shivvery, my feet are so huge that they are tingly sore and now my head hurts and my vision is cruddy.

Apart from that I feel great :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: No I don't, I'm tired but everytime I almost nod off I have the weirdest dreams. Last night it was elves arguing and having a pixie dust fight and just now it was a cat prancing over me.

    4 sleeps!

I'm sure you have Tia but have you mentioned the pain under your ribs and the vision thing to the dr? They must have asked me a hundred times a day if I had any of those symptoms.

They havent put me on labitol unless its just a different brand name, the one they have put me on is called methtldopa. urgh, i hope the groggy feeling goes away soon!

MBM x ps, lucky you - only 4 more days to wait!! I'm hoping my consultant starts talking induction soon, i dont think i can stand much longer with all of this monitoring and worry!

Me too, I'm only 14 weeks and have always had memorable dreams but mine are now truly weird and feel so real.

We had a bbq yesterday for our joint b'days and wedding anniversary (all this week) and didn't get to bed til 1am, couldn't get to sleep til about 4 and was up at 8 so am knackered. I managed an hour this afternoon but daren't have any more sleep incase I don't sleep again tonight.

Hope everyone is OK, I just wanted to say thanks to you all for your advice and openness, it's helped me get to grips with stuff that is going on with me/ bump.

MBM - I'm not sure if Tia was on methyldopa before or if it was Jillie on it but I remember the name being mentioned on here

    When are you due?

I am glad I am being induced from the knowing when baby will come POV but am also pooing myself cos they do say induction hurts more

Why can't pregnancy be straight forward?

My consultant scared me when he told me that 50 years ago women with diabetes didn't give birth to live babies - so my delightful mother can bang on about bullying consultants all she wants I'm being monitored and being good :A

if you've ever got any questions not matter how silly or small they may seem, feel free to ask. I've asked my fair share of them and there is always someone who can help.

I sleep better on the weekends - am hoping to get plenty of sleep when I go on mat leave in 2 weeks :j

Lil Miss - I like the one that's pronounced T-asia

I think it's cos it's a bit warmer, I have found that too.
The last time they were like this was when it was really hot.

My fingers keep swelling and knuckes really sore first thing

Lil Miss - the bracelet is lovely and so are both of the names. Probably prefer Taija.
My swelling as been worryingly bad for about the past 5 weeks, but MW isn't that concerned as blood pressure is fine. I struggle to walk down the stairs at times as my ankles can't bend due to the swelling.

Hugs to Xmas, MBM, Tia and everyone else in pain.

Natalie - good luck. Keep us updated with any progression!

Meant to ask - is anyone else on iron tablets? I started them on Thursday (although haven't felt particularly tired) and (***TMI***) it's affecting my "poo"!!! It's black/grey/green! Hoping I am not getting too much iron now, although it seems to be a normal side effect.

Black poo is a delightful side effect of iron tabs
