Morning all!
Touch wood it is not raining here, nice and sunny. I'm boiling already. But I've been saying i'll tackle the garden (part 2) so i'll bet it'll rain before long!
Today i have my evergrowing list. The normal washing and general cleaning. Today's dinner is supposed to be minted lamb and cous cous, probably do some green beans and sweetcorn with it. Althought I have just realised that the lamb is still in the freezer  Have some bananas which are very ripe so we'll have them with custard for pudding - yum! Am going to make some lentil pate for OH's sandwiches too.
Also must finish my application form for my top up degree, keep putting it off, but if I don't get it done soon the course will start without me!
Bitsy - I only bake so I can lick the spoon!
Have a good days everyone, :grouphug: to those that need them,

morning all, everyone sounds so busy
nothing much planned here its too wet to get any washing dry.
i made some more muffins with my silicone muffin trays yesterday healthy wholemeal banana ones (made even more healthy by the fact i frgot to put the sugar in them), i realised once i'd put them in the oven and i was putting the ingredients away but i didnt let on and no one commented apart from to say they were nice. i also made some plain ones with graed lemon zest i as mrS was selling lemons reduced to 10p each when i nipped in to top the phones up last night. The banana ones were to use up a couple of overripe sad bananas lurking in the fruit bowl.

Morning all :hello:
Blinkin awful out there today raining and dull, ah well never mind it will do the plants good
Havent read through yesterdays yet will do later, did'nt get time to come in we were in and out all day, mums on the morning, shopping PM , then off to SIMA a trade place not too far from here, and bought a garden set, 4 chairs, table and brolly for £50 + VAT so I am well pleased.Black and silver, it looks very posh
Our old ones are now relegated to further down the garden, they are sooo old and are well past their sell by date  but the table is ok for potting up etc as its dark plastic it scrubs off ok.
OH is off to take his car in for MOT, so I will have a couple of hours to get the housework done, I find it sooo much easier when he is out for a while;)
I'm off to see Harry Potter this PM, with a DF who I used to work with, her DS and DD, we have been together to see every HP film so far.
Just had toast for brekkie, Lunch will be the remains of the salad and Dinner....no idea yet but probably pasta bake from the freezer, as not sure what time I will be back from cinema.
Back later

have a lovely time at the cinema pippa, my eldest DS is going tonight with friends to see it. we are hanging on to use that as a wet day treat for holiday (we go to norflok and theres a lovely little cinema at cromer) but eldest DS is missing out on the 'family' holiday this year as it clashes with the church choir residential trip:eek: we wanted him to come with us but he would sooner go with the church. disapointing but if we insisted on draggging him along with us he would be miserable for the whole week.SPC~12 ot 124

Well i woke up late this morning:eek: I woke at 8:00am My wife and the twins were already up thay all got up at the normal 7:00am. Even know that iv had to nights of good sleep i still feel worn out.
Twin one has another tooth:T so thats three each now:T
Its been raining here most of the night and thay have said there will be showers today. I was hope to do a bit in the Garden but might not now.
On the home grown Veg point i have now picked all the bord beans. I must say that thay have been a good crop and we have had plenty off. I think next year i will plant more of them and frezze some to make them last longer. Could do with a good dry day as i need to start digging the spuds up.
We were hoping to take the twins to the local Zoo tomorrow as we have a free pass. But from what the wether report says its going to tip it down so we might not go now. Maybe plan it in for next week.
Well i hope that you all have a great day .
Enjoy yourself everyone:j:j

'morning all!
Not raining here - sky is actually blue! Rained a lot overnight though so the air is quite fresh - hayfever symptoms have abated, which is great! :jBut still have the chesty cough and wheeziness, which is less good.
Had an odd call from the bank this morning - chappie asking is I was aware of a large credit going into our account this week?...had to think for a moment (it was still early and my brain takes a while to get going nowadays LOL!) - aha says I - yes it is my matured monthly saver from the other bank - and it's to pay off my credit card with you, which finishes it's 0% period next month - he actually complimented me on being so financially organised! What a nice man! He said they enquired as part of their work against money-laundering, but I guess they were also hoping to be able to give me some 'savings advice' - Why would I need the bank for that when I have MSE?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!:T
Anyhow - OS today will be eating mum's HM faggots for tea with HM mash (from the spuds which have started to sprout in the veg rack - must get to them before DH does as otherwise he will throw them away !) - unless anyone reckons that they are not a good idea when pregnant? I know I am not supposed to eat liver, and they have a fair bit of liver in them, but if I cook them well d'you think they will be OK????
Apart from that, and work today (which is tedious as heck, and worse knowing that they are going to chuck me out in just over 3 weeks time) will be yet more resting and a fair bit of panicking! 1st scan is tomorrow at 9.00, when I will be 6wks+3days. As we've got here once before and here started the ectopic nightmare, I am feeling very scared that it might happen all over again, tempered with excitement that we (might) get to hear our baby's heartbeat for the 1st time - WOW! I am feeling quite queasy - but don't know if it nerves or the start of morning-sickness - LOL! What am I like?
Hope you all have a good day!
(((HUGS)))
