Thanks! I was just having to decide whether to buy another 24 pack of AAAs for my mp3 player or invest in a charger. I'd only seen the chargers come with AAs, which I rarely use. So this is great! I just placed my order. :D

I was very very close to not understanding how to charge the AAA batteries but a quick scan of the instructions tells you what to do.

It's funny. I wonder how many people don't read manuals and instructions. I do with about 50% of the things that I buy. It would be quite a good poll to do.

I can't view those ebay links but the ones that I saw were without the 4AAA batteries which are worth more than the £3 extra. I actually have a lot more use for AAA batteries than AA batteries because of small things like remote controls and bike lights.

Cactus_Jack - Kentish is right. 900NiMhs are pretty much top of the range as far as AAA goes.

Hi, just to say there were no instructions, just a piece of paper with the make and model on it! I always read instructions - I have set up a computer on my own (bought from Dell), even managed to install a wireless card inside and set up my wireless network as well as 2 different printers etc etc, my flick switch is integrated into the compartment where you put the batteries and at first glance you would never know it was there! I checked the site frantically for instructions or guidance too, but no joy there either.
I always wanted to be a procrastinator, never got round to it...

My instructions are just a piece of paper too, but if you look at no4, it says, to charge AAA flip down the contact bracket. Very small writing though, maybe you should have gone to Specsavers :D

The batteries on the original offer are much better than those 2 AAs and obviously you get 8 batteries for the original offer.

I only bought it for the batteries, and I get a free charger.
