This sounds like a great deal, unfortunately I'm still waiting for Sky to get something right with my order since 18th September!! I've never experienced such terrible customer service, unprofessionalism and downright poor service... Yet I still find myself trying to get their service (but only because I can't get Virgin in my area!). Sorry for the rant, just saw this thread and it bought back my anger at Sky lol
omg you've just re fuelled he anger that has still not completely died after a run in with sky a couple of years ago. we had sky + installed and after they left it didn't work. channels breaking up etc. After they missedd 3 appointments to fix it i cancelled. i was cutting my nose of to spite my face really since we can't get virgin here either. I jus couldn't afford to sit in for another day for them to not turn up. Anyhow while we were waiting for them to cancel te service i sent boyfriend up a ladder, he adjusted the sky + box slightly and bingo perfect picture. So i rang up to cancel my cancellation. but sky still accidently refunded me the price of the box and instillation ( about £100) at the time.. serves them right. incompetent *********.
Coincidentlely i have my phone and broadband with virgin, last week the phone lie went wrong. It took me no less than 4 hours on hold to finally get through to someone who could raise a fault. There incompetence was definetely on a par with SKY. so even when we finally get cable in this area i don't think ill be sticking fingers up to SKY because i don't think the alternative are any better0 -
These official posts are always the best - Cheers0

It kept asking for a PIN..
Last four numbers on your first viewing card if you still have it, otherwise a phone call to Sky.0 -
I recorded all the movies on SKY+ and can still access and view them, have been able to all day. :j
It only asks for the pin to view 15 rated films before the watershed.0 -
Same here, never got around to watching one of the films and it's still on my Sky+ list!0
