            Hi guys,
i've had a quick lookie through the index & several threads and have googled a bit but i'm after recommendations & advice!
I've made a chocolate fudge cake to take to work tomorrow for my b'day, now need to make the frosting, i was going to use a delia recipe which used evaporated milk-i have, but it also used soft brown sugar-which i dont have! Does anyone know any other tried and tested chocolate fudgey frosting recipes?! or suggestions-could i blitz demerera in a food processor to smooth it?!
 thanks.x0

soft brown sugar has a different taste to demerera. if you have dark brown sugar i'd use that half and half with caster.Cats don't have owners - they have staff!! DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500 DFW Long Hauler Supporter No 1500
