They have sets of cup measures in Poundland. Some just the cups in bright groovy colours but they also had a set which stores inside a small measuring jug with a lid.
I have several sets I use them for measuring portions of veg and for using as scoops for flour, oats, sugar, etc.Freebies Received: Supersavvyme bag, Olay moisturiser, Barbara Daly/Tesco Mascara, Seeds of Change Choccie, Yorkshire Tea Kenyan teabags, Tesco mobile sim cards x 2.

Hi all,
I have a tub of white chocolate and cream cheese frosting which I've just defrosted to ice a cake. Trouble is, I can't decide what type of cake to make...
Any suggestions?! The other half of the frosting I made was on individual carrot cakes with walnuts.
I have some bananas so I could make some kind of banana cake but I'm not sure if that would go?

My favourite store bought muffin in my pre-OS days was banana with cream cheese frosting (was nearly a cupcake) so I would definitely like a cake version. Would be perfect for a red velvet cake too. :drool:0

I'd like it with a dark, dark chocolate cake I think.0

Do yuo have any tinned pineapple? Hummingbird cake comes to mind, deliciously moist !!!!! I've only made it once but it was yummy, quite a different taste
Do let us know how you get on. I would probably keep the white choc for truffles for valentines day or an occasion? Or just because?! I have a fab truffles recipe ive made a few times, i can send it if you want it. It requires double cream, butter, and choc - and that's it i think?! (from memory)
I'll merge this with baking quick qs later
