So how much are they charging for weekend calls?0
-
Has anyone got a phone number for them as they seem to have removed it from the contact us page on the website
Right have phoned and have been advised that for existing customers as far as they are aware the free weekend calls offer still applies. it is new customers who will not be entitled to this. I would say keep an eye on your bills as it will be from the Easter weekend that this could apply.0 -

its not a lie, if your on the free weekend plan, then you get it for life
it didnt say we will offer this plan to new customers for life0 -

Not much good if your service is faulty
.
What has happened to the 0800 Freephone number for sales that was on the site? Are they frightened of people finding out that its a 18 month contract.

All numbers have been removed from the site for the moment. I complained about this when I rang up. They said you should check your bill for the number. I don't have paper bills though and of course the new website does not show bills in any format with a phone number0
