:wave:Morning everyone
I feel like I haven't been on here for ever. I so missed you all. Hope everyone is holding up and hugs to anyone who needs them.
Squiz, sorry to hear you got dodgy ankle and missed a race. I haven't been out the door since the awful run I did with Sammy , the run being awful, not her
I really need to get a grip as I've got a 5k next week and my serious training for the half marathon is supposed to start today, but instead I am sitting at my desk eating beef hula hoopsToo much month, not enough Cash!

right, off to work. Need to print a few bits out and then go to this meeting. It's probably my boss just being a drama queen as usual 'it's all very hush hush' but if it is job related I will just shrug my shoulder and say 'so what', I think I'm going to become a redundancy tart if it happens for a third time - loving the experience of losing my job!!!

Re skinny jeans - they look good with boots i always think.... or i did, when i wore them, lol!
I am not built for the skinny jeans/jeggings with ballerina pumps look that is the fashion this year... too apple shaped for that.... skinny legs round belly and bum is not a good look!!
tigz - poor you, what a week?!?!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Sorry.......being flippant
this seems to emphasise it even more. I really hope he says yes to some counselling, I really do.
Not flippant at all BB - good point....although maybe when he is more 'lucid' for want of a better word I may mention it...
Just had my burglar alarm testing...it also has a monitored smoke alarm, a panic button and an emergency medical alarm button.....:rotfl:we are wetting ourselves here......if he presses it just once, he will be dead......:rotfl:

Tigz-NIGHTMARE! Poor you!
Sammy-I am in fits of giggles imagining your Fort Knox like house. And there are quite a few carboots on the Rabbit run and a good one in Telford.
Squizz-Well done strong lady.
Maz-I too wish I was closer to help xxx
I 'tried' to have a talk with DH about current 'state of affairs' apparently, I am 'Ice Woman addicted to computer' so there you go. Will not be on internet at home when he is home because I also ignore him and the kids. There ya go.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Sammy - you can't give up running!
just stop putting so much pressure on yourself... there's no need to run further and faster... you can reasonably get out twice a week for 3 miles and that might do you just fine... stop putting pressure on yourself to go so far, so fast etc... you're taking all the joy out of it.
Mind you, i have been running as normal (3 miles twice last week/gym twice as well) and have been enjoying it but feel like i've lost my mojo a bit now i've got no races to train for.I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
