SPUDLY, you must do it *Scorgy jumps up and down with joy at the thought of meeting another MSE'er*
Awww bless ya hun. I LOVE Loch Ness. I was thinking more cheering than running though, but I seem to remember saying that about Leeds :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

blimey spud......weirdly I've been trying to work out when it was for ages. I kept thinking May, then no, because it wasn't near my birthday, then March, but no, then I suddenly just remembered today it was near Jinky's birthday and that's February.
For some reason I always get Manchester and Leeds last year mixed up - too many cities and too many Wetherspoons - I can't be doing this big metropolis thing anymore :rotfl:"Stay Wonky":D

What you mean is, when you've seen one weatherspoons, you've seen them all!!! Glasgow was a weatherspoons too!
At least Leeds (the 2nd coming!) was a Nando's!! and travelodge bar!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Bun, how on earth does he think you are ICE WOMAN. !!!!!!! I too think its just excuses....
I find this one so hard to talk about with you in the virtual world. I would find what you are going through quite degrading....knock on effect on confidence etc etc....if he won't think about counselling I don't know where you would go from here.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Afternoon ladies and gents!
I was up until 3am this morning - I've started taking some meds that have screwed with my sleep; I was wide awake and kept waking Mr SS with my tapping...whoops! I'm sure I'll collapse by about 8pm.
I've just done a few chores today, ironing and such like, and I'm about to pop down to the local college to pick up an application form to start training to be a nurse...eeek.Bride to Be - 2011 and Weight Watcher - 4 stone down!

Babes, I don't know what to say. I do agree with Maz though, he must be the one with the problem.
I also spend a little less time on the evenings now just to keep the peace, and it has started to work, we are now on speaking terms in our house, so it might be worth just a wee try, just for a short while to see if that placates him. Sending big hugs hun xToo much month, not enough Cash!

afternoon all, just popped on to say Hi and well done young Squizz for having that talk.Hope you are all well, i am knackered after camping all weekend with guides and a snoring guider who tested the limits of my saintly patience:rolleyes:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
I do get 'me' time, its not as if I don't look after myself, but running is just one more to add to the melting point. I can't leave Chloe on her own, both DD2 and DD3 work and OH works non stop.
I am already signed up for a half marathon in September - I am in two minds as to not do it...I will decide in the next couple of weeks when things have maybe calmed down a little bit.
running isn't becoming a chore....getting out to do it is...
Babes you can only make the decision, but if you really want to do it and need Chloe minding while you're running, I can pop up and keep an eye on her, I'm guessing it's the Nottingham one you're doing, that's only about an hour up the M1 for me,so I'm here if needed xToo much month, not enough Cash!
