So much still to do. Letters to write, ironing, packing, meeting in Leicester at 6.30, car insurance to renew and travel insurance, babysitting tomorrow afternoon ..........
What on earth am I doing sitting here?

Yeah I suppose I have, but I have nothing significant left to sell and am getting a bit annoyed at how slow things are going compared to when I first started.
Also my work is very slow at paying overtime.... my most recent pay included my April overtime (4-6 hours every Saturday and Sunday so it mounts up)
it does slow to a trickle after the first flurry of getting cashback offers, selling everything you can, changing suppliers etc etc.... it does dry up but when you look how far you've come, and brought the debt down not added to it... you should take stock and give yourself a pat on the back.....
Bookie - sounds like a good day... funny how people want to come in now... as long as they're buying, we don't mind!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Can i have some MSE related pats on the back please
on a dfw note - i am taking Erin (and sister and mum) to the cinema tonight, free tickets....
i have changed DD for the swanky TV to Big F's name and he is continuing the rental agreement (at the reduced rate but who cares) and i have got 4 channels on my freecycle TV.
I have bought a double sized fridge and an undercounter freezer from my neighbour for £60.... landlady is happy to take away the undercounter fridge. So i will be able to shop more frugally if i have a freezer, batch cook and freeze etc etc....
I am buying a bed tonight for Erin £20 from local free ads paper... (if bed is decent) cause space is limited in her new room and current bed is a big single with a big wooden frame so will take up too much room.
I ordered a small table n chairs from catalogue (empty account with nothing on it, was gonna pay it up) £100.... however i am returning it as my Sister In Law has a lovely modern table n 2 chairs for me, so i am getting it for nothing....
Am i a good MSE-er in my new house!?!?
am going to Dunelm mill tonight before cinema to look for curtains...!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I on the other hand seem to be losing the contents of my home to my daughter......:rotfl:
Although on a slightly worrying note, the landlord has now said that she needs a guarantor for her part of the tenancy agreement....how on earth am I going to guarantor her when my credit rating is shot to pieces....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
