Sammy - do you have any CCJ's?? If you don't (and I know you haven't been made bankrupt) I don't think there would be a problem with the credit search.

 busy day and have been trying really hard to do things with DD, things that she would like to do. So picked her up from school and she got invited to stay at a friends house for an hour :) then she requested to go and see some friends (my friend who has son same age as Bea), had a lovely time until the son decided we should play croquet and promptly swang the mallett straight into my eye ball... my eye is so bruised and watering uncontrolably its not funny. Think I might be sporting a nice shiner tomorrow...nice!

Bunny, you know what I think about DH and situ. I do agree with everyone else and if you do give up your computer time is he going to suddenly start doing stuff with you, being affectionate? I think you already know the answer to that! I think its him that needs to have a hard look at how he is acting not you!

Super star goes to Maz today :)

Edit: and Bunny yes I know...pot calling Kettle Black...

I have one stupid CCJ that has been paid but out of the one month period that means you can get it removed....maybe I should do something about getting it marked as satisfied.....

Sammy........no-one has a perfect record these days, the Landlords Agents wont be looking for ( or expecting ) perfection, dont worry.

Bunny..haven't read back, but I think I can join up the dots!

Sally....Ouch, but I'm sure it was meant with love. See Bunny comment also.

I think a certificate of satisfaction is now £15 and you apply through the courts. I could never get mine as marked satisfied even though it had been paid off within the first year (so an agonising 5 years followed!). I filled inthe form and sent it to the court. They contacted the original DCA (Geoffrey Bourne, possibly) who sent it back saying I'd never paid :mad: I had done, but Ithink it was another DCA. However, the original one wouldn't confirm it as paid so it sat there as unsatisfied for the full 6 years
