arrrgh! i spent ages on the phone to them, only to find that clearing the cookies was the only way to get the 'add to basket' option.

Thanks but had to do it over the phone as site wouldnt let me do it, so not gettin it fir sure this year!:rotfl:

How very strange, after being told that i wouldn't and didn't qualify for a VIP invitation i get one today! That means that there "random" criteria is absolutly rubbish as i know for a fact that from what they told me i should not have got one at all.

I didn't get one because i complained either as they said that there were none left and they were not allowed to give any out.
