Just spent a VERY stressfull 10 mins waiting for my order to go through. Its very slow, I did quick shop and all the items i ordered are in stock (fingers crossed they arrive).

Be prepared for a wait.

i can't get in either, my slot isn't till 9 but i wanted to look at the preview first, never had problems with Next sale before, what is going on?

maybe its a sign that i shouldn't be spending, i usually stock up on clothes for my little girl and did fancy some new jeans for myself, looks like i may need to wait till sat if i can't login during my timeslot.

There is never normally a problem with VIP sales - even when others were joining in you could aleast check out!!

I made a list this year and stuck to it, it saves me popping into the shop now.

I was logged in but now it's just hanging. Somehow I don't think I'm going to have much luck. Maybe they've borrowed Debenham's computer system!

My time slot was between 8-9pm but have just placed my order over the phone, good job i made my list. Never had a problem before. Tried phoning the directory number, but was cut off, so tried general inquiries line which worked and got through to relevant department.

I've now got a message saying the offers site is now closed. I had a slot from 8.30 to 9.30.
