    45 mins now and I still cant get on. Trouble is Ive made a list of stuff that I want but cant remember what half of it is as ive got a list of backups if the stuff I really want is out of stock. Am quickly looking through the catalogue and am gonna have to phone them!!! :eek:

    what happens if you miss your slot because you can't get on the site or checkout??

    10 minutes. I am back on hold now. Apparently my call is important to them so can I please hold.

    Am gonna have to try and ring them now too. I still cant get logged on, its coming up with cannot find server now!!

    I'm experiencing this problem at the moment , slot was 8pm - 9pm and having been trying since 8 with no luck. The site won't even load for me and keeps timing out.

    Looks like I might save a lot of money this year by not getting through !! :rolleyes:

    I have just got through and they took my order over the phone.

    Good luck. I did have to hold for about 5 minutes.

    Thank God, I thought I was the only one. Been trying to log in for an hour and I'm just stuck on "Please Wait" Nothing is loading whatsoever.

    This hasn't happened to me before on previous VIP sales. Not sure why its happening now. Extremely annoyed. :mad:

    My slot is 8.30pm to 9.30 but considering you guys haven't logged in, I have no chance!!!
