So I have done level one on Monday and managed to do a bit of each level today. Quite pleased with myself.
My five extra things for this week are:
1. To wash all the bedding in dogs and cats beds
2. To file all the paperwork
3. To fill a bag with stuff we no longer need and take it to the charity shop I work in!
4. To tidy the airing cupboard
5. To have a look at what is on top of my wardrobe and dust up there!
Thank you for this marvellous thread

I'm back, I got my prescription and popped to the library and to the dreaded Coop, and even made it as far as the post office! Go me!Can you not ring for a repeat? If not what about parking further away where you don't have to pay, and walking, that way you will get more steps donerosepink - our surgery allows us to request repeat prescriptions online. they don't advertise the service much, I only found out when a friend told me - so maybe your surgery has the same option. Also we can request a repeat at a local pharmacy and get the prescription delivered back to the pharmacy too - takes a few days longer but much more convenient.
Annoyingly my pedometer slipped round too far so it says I only did 700 steps. Hmm, I don't think so! Never mind
Going to have a look at the lists and do an online shop too and have a good tidy up"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
