Natty definitely worth a complaint letter. These things are not cheap (and to pay VAT on top really gets my goat grrrr) it sounds like they are 'not fit for purpose'. That coupled with the batch numbers should be almost enough info for them. I bet others have complained. Sounds like they are getting stuck at the end of the applicator, perhaps the end of it is not formed properly to allow the inner to pass through the applicator smoothly.

I use the non applicator type for a couple of reasons, 1, the fit in smaller handbags and trouser pockets more easily, 2 there is less waste.

Right whose up for a HHC at 9.30?

Triker - draw a circle in biro around the swelling now - at the edge - that is how you can tell how rapidly it is spreading - hope she is ok. You can try putting a cold wet tea towel over it to make it more comfortable. Tea Tree cream helps mine a bit, or calamine. If she can still walk that helps to stop it stiffening up and pop the poison stuff around. Good luck with the GP

Natty - big hugs hun, it will get easier even though it doesn't feel like it right now, be kind to yourself

    Soappie enjoy your new toy

G&B hope you and your LO are ok, not seen you post in a while

Natty - Dont worry - Toots give me a good old beating about the number of things on my list.....;) I have picked 5 that I need to do this week. And some of the others I will put onto the daily list when appropriate.

Im very guilty of just getting on with the list and not changing it to suit me, so the list will remind me to amend it with some of the jobs acutally needing done.

I would also write to complain. I would simply state that the applicator is not working properly and send the packaging. Not even the contents. That should suffice.

Jinky - Talking about losing it - I went to take in my washing on Sunday night and realised that I had hung everything out with matching pegs!

I didnt consciously hang them up like that - I wondered if one of you lot had been round and made them all so they matched.......who was it??

ME - I missed that.......was your DD giving us verbal on the old thread??? :rotfl:

G&B - I noticed that she was missing too - Also Mrs Beatson........hope all is ok xx

Soappie - Im glad you got what you wanted for your birthday......have fun with it xx

Off to sort out my list now - be back in a sec.... xx
