Hi toots - sorry Plan A hasn't worked out, you and Jo will just have to concentrate on Plan B!

valli - I have three teens missing, are they scoffing flatjack round yours??;):p Actually, one at a party, one in London at a gig (hopefully he'll make the train, or I shall be driving round South East England in the early hours again...) and one sleeping over.

I have been twitchy again today, can't settle, feel like there's something I've forgotten to do...anyway, I guess it'll wear off in a day or two! I have done a bit of flying, washing and tidying, bit of flinging, and a bit of gardening.

I've taken the glass to the recycling toots so that's my second heart please!:D:D:D:heart:
I shall be doing the passport forms tomorrow, but only hemming the curtain if it's raining, as I want to garden in the afternoon.

Okay, washing up time, then something on TV I think...

    Evening all,

I'm a bit shaken up, Ds1 went out with his friends earlier and one of his friends came to the door and said Ds1 had been beaten up over the park. I phoned Ds1 to come home and he did. It seems he'd had an argument with this kid who he'd never met before and he's pushed Ds1 to the floor and punched, headbutted and kicked him.:mad: Ds1's ok apart from a red mark on his cheek and he doesn't really want to talk about it, i've had a chat with him and i'll have another one later but i'm fuming. If i knew who he was i'd go round his house:mad: I know kids fight but this seems a bit one sided.

Good news though i cleaned the floors so i can claim my last two stars to make the star chart look a bit better.;)

    Evening Ladies.

Sorry I didn't post yesterday but managed to drill right through the electric wires for the cooker  Lucky I have the RCD now as otherwise I dread to think what could have happen. my wonderful electrician has been round and fixed it.

Dad is coming round to check on the kitchen *moj2 starts to nibbles her fingers at the thought of her dad checking her [STRIKE]not so[/STRIKE] handy work.

Toots sorry to hear that you couldn't get your nails done. Hope you can sometime soon.

Sorry haven't caught up with all the thread .

Well DD and DS are with their dad so I am sitting at home trying not to think too much. Caught a few minutes on ER. BAD idea!!! I will be glad when they are back tomorrow. i have missed them. Hmmmm Someone remind me of that in a weeks time:rotfl:

Hope everyone is alright and having a good, if somewhat, wet weekend.

Hollyh - best leave alone in my opinion, DS once got beaten up by friend, cuts, grazes brusies, when they were about 11, mate was son of my mate, went round to have it out as I was livid. Didn't do any good, as her son 'could'nt/would'nt do owt like that. Made us be distant for ever, DS is 21 and I still get mad about it. It's life I'm afraid, though hard, very hard to stand by and do nowt. DS is now 6'5" with size 14 feet, broad shoulders, small waist certainly not the skinny (and I MEAN thin) lad he was. Has more respect/goodness/kindness in him than mates boy has. Be proud of him that he didn't retailiate, hard I know my love x

OOH and he could now beat seven bells of sh£te out of him if he wanted to - but he's not that type of boy even though he's a hardened army boy
