AVOID ALPHA SUNGLASSES unless you want to buy really bad quality fakes!

As solution, if we would like to make some compensation, can you keep the sunglasses and take it to any shops to repaire?

this is their last email they sent me today. I have ordered two pair of sunglasses form alpha and received only 1 different color, shape and they are scraped on lens right in the middle so they are unusable. Still don't have any refund not even for the secondone which they didn't sent at all.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ALPHASUNGLASSES, DELTASUNGLASSES, ALPHA-SUNGLASSES AND HI5SUNGLASSES - THAT'S THE SAME COMPANY.

DID SOMEONE GET ANY REFUND ALREADY????????

I said I would keep you all posted, if and when I eventually heard back from Alpha Sunglasses.

I have been in discussions with them since 4 July and have today finally received a refund of US $68 via PayPal.

I have sent them numerous emails (far too many to mention), but my perseverance has obviously paid off. I did order 2 pairs of sunglasses, but only received one and obviously the other pair were fake.

They have refunded me completely for the pair that didn't arrive and gave me US $15 compensation for the fake pair.

I am happy with the outcome, as I didn't expect to receive a penny.

I would advise everyone who has been duped by this site that they persevere and they will pay up eventually.:T

Totally agree, avoid at all costs. Website looks very professional and paying $50 for sunglasses looks a resonable bargain, at no point do they state they are fakes. I ordered a pair of Raybans and had to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery, I quickly found out through correspondence that the company are based in Shanghai, China, not USA. The glasses arrived in poor packaging, had scratches on lenses and were very poor quality fakes. I am having problems trying to get a refund as they will not tell me where I can return item to and want me to send them pictures of the glasses. Good lesson learnt!
