Ryanair - errors on boarding pass?

Do we need to point this out to Ryan Air and possibly incur a £100 "name change" fee for the sake of removing a single letter or should we just run the risk?

Last month I flew with my surname misspelled as well - missed 1 last letter in my name. No problems whatsoever, they don't spend much time checking your name and checking your name for spelling errors.
Although I didn't worry too much either - I had ticket to leave country two days later (wasn't sure about my schedule, so bought a few tickets).
