Excellent. I will have to start saving up for the next time my sis comes to visit. last august when I went home to visit my family my sis brought us back up here in her car, and we visited the costco store in Liverpool on the way home. I stocked up on loads of stuff, and things like washing powder and cleaning things lasted me right through until after Christmas! Fantastic value for money. I just wish I had a car and a Costco card for up here.
ps I see the thanks button has disappeared again :eek:0 -

I know! I've been thinking that all morning, it's amazing how much you miss it when it's not there lol0 -
Costco is fantastic, i cant praise it enough. I also get my glasses there. Im on my second pair and they are FCUK one and were around £80-90 (cant remember exact) and thats for eye test, lenses and frame.
We always get birthday cakes there, photos printed there and many other bits.
My mum, dad and aunt all come with us when we go usually, so when its membership time instead of them all paying for seperate cards we split our membership 3 ways so its only £10 each and then all go together.Bringing up 2 handsome boys and 1 gorgeous girl the MSE way!Joseph born 19th December 2001Matthew born 8th August 2007Tara born 23rd January 20110 -
You can even use your Costco card in the USA!

Hi Everyone,
I'd like to join Costco as there is one nearby. However, I don't get membership through my employer and I don't have a business so I can't join that way. My neighbours get membership because they work in the NHS, so I'm wondering if Mr. skint_minx would be eligible to join, because he works in the public sector (higher education). Anyone know?
Also I have seen mention on this thread of getting a card via someone else's membership - how does this work?
