Good idea about the bath.

Thing is when tired you feel down and dont think rationally as you just feel rotten. Sense tells you its temporary but someho that doesnt seem enough at the time.... well thats how I feel alot of the time

That makes loads of sense, just been having a chat to mum and she agrees. I have a holiday from work soon, so I am aiming at that. I just feel a little run down and tired.
