Maybe that's why I'm feeling so bad at the moment, I'm just very overwhelmed by it all. And some of these things and so big and life changing it's hard to know where to start dealing with it.

Still I know things could be worse, which is something I guess. But I have reaslied that I need to start enjoying my life and not just live it.

Right, out the bath. 1st step is:

Need to try and thing positively and find some ways to change my life.
I've relisted 8 items on Ebay, which will hopefully bring in a little money and help pay off my c/c.

But how am I going to change everything else?

Thanks guys... you've actually made me giggle. :T

McKneff, your right. No great loss, things with Mum will be fine they always are and there isn't anything we can do about my Aunt. Just enjoy visiting her when I can.

I know what you mean about feeing lonely and feeling like you are the only one with these problems, but actually just by reading this forum you realise that a lot of people are in the same boat and there are also a lot of people who are in denial and haven't actually found this forum yet!

Talking to people on here, and reading their stories does give you some hope that you can change things around. I know I have changed a lot since being on here. For the first time in years I feel like I am in control of my finances and not the other way round.

I think what Ames said is a good idea, to break things down and deal with what you can straight away and then look at what you can do to everything else to make them smaller - if that makes sense.

Good Luck and keep posting and reading!!

Sorry you are feeling low, Lucy. We all get days like that but you sound as if you've had a lot on your plate recently.

I agree with the bunch of flowers for your Mum. Maybe try and talk to her about how you are feeling - hopefully she would be a bit more sympathetic if she knew how down you were.

Ignore the guy. There are always some idiots out there and I'm sure many of us will tell you we've all encountered them at some point. Forget him (and allow yourself time to do so) and then move on, in a couple of months you'll wonder what you ever saw in him I'm sure!

Feel like another giggle, (i have to tell this before i have my large white othewise all the words get mixed up)

If you plan on going to the middle east for your holidays then dont mention the Flintstones. Why? because the people in Dubai dont think they are funny but the folk in Abbudabi do.!!!
