I know, the whole country falls apart when we're not in work!!! Loving it that you referred to me as the Princess, I might make OH call me that when he gets back. "Amy?" "No I'm sorry, I don't know what you're talking about. My name is The Princess" :rotfl:Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0

Just to add my comment... I wish my EA could have done a better job at negotiating on my house. I managed to get them to up the initial offer price by £750... big woo, still more than 4K under asking. Plus they charge more. I would have bitten hands off at £500 under, and been incredibly grateful to the EA who negotiated it without keep coming back to me with new offers every 10 mins.
Consider yourself promoted, Queen Amy!0 -

Sorry, off topic there! My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to say

It's ok chickmug, I graciously award you the title of King of the forum. Or would you prefer to be knighted?
