    this password (unless you've changed it) will be on your original documentation from your ISP, or give them a call and get them to tell you.

    Regards your line stats, you should be getting 8 Meg on a 34dB line....suggest you follow the wiring tutorial here:-

    to firstly make sure your internal (house) wiring is up to scratch.....

    Internal wiring is fine, just 2 and 5 connected.

    Hve checked the voyager and it is even slower than with the netgear. Time to call BT out?

    maybe.....might be an idea to check with your ISP as to what profile they have you on first...unless, of course, BT IS your ISP ;)

    p.s. your downstream SNRM looks rather high at 14dB...do you have a noisy line by any chance ?? Can you use routerstats or DMT to monitor your line ??
