12 months free line rental- they won't pay - URGENT HELP!

Hi
I've just called a company i got a phone off, that came with 12 months free line rental.
I sent them all my six month bills and the voucher they sent me.
I've just called them to ask them how they'll pay and they said they are NOT paying me, as I sent them all the stuff they needed but didn't fill in the voucher with my card details(which they have from my initial purchase of the phone). When i sent the bill i also included a cover letter to say, if there were any problems to contact me. THey are refusing to pay me my cash back.
Can any one help me with this, as I can't afford to lose out on £300, as they won't take back the second part of my claim if you don't fulfill the first part.
Help please anyone?

A truly cheap shot. Which company is this?
These two sites might help you:

When I signed up online they were called MOBILE SOLUTIONS.
When I spoke to the operator they have since changed their name to CHOOSE THREE.
the company details are- PO box 163, Guisley, Leeds, LS20 8XG.
I sent all the approriate documents to them, i'm pretty sure the voucher said to be completed by the office - but they had all my card detaisl from the iniatital purchase. I didn't fill the voucher out though. The cover letter I put in told them to call me if there were any problems.
I feel like they are just making it difficult as they don't want to pay. Do you know if anyone else has come accross this behaviour?0 -

sorry to hear that...
that is why i only deal with the following companies:
CPW
E2save.com
The Link
P4U
I think in future everyone should buy from these repuatble retailers and force all the other cowboys dealers out of the market.
This will definitely work if people avoid other companies....0 -
Write to the CEO of the company and ask him/her to tell you in writing why your claim has been refused. Send the letter recorded delivery, also send by fax or as a .pdf attachment to an e-mail.
State that you expect a reply within 7 working days.
Whilst you are waiting for a reply, find out which trading standards office deals with the company concerned.
The card you refer to, is it a credit card?0 -
