Orange will let you transfer your existing number and credit any payg credit to your first bill on new contract.
If you sign up direct online Orange are giving £5 a month off line rental on some packages. http://shop.orange.co.uk/mobile-phones/all
You can also get some cashback if you go via one of these cashback sites.

Hi,
you could try here:
http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/googledap/search.aspx?product=Nokia_5800&network=orange&dataallowance=-1%2c999999&downloadspeed=0%2c0&rowqty=10&sortkey=10&order=0&page=1
they have contracts from £15 per month. I have used them before with no problems. You can also get around £50 cashback through any of the major C/B sites.0
