Today there is an article in the telegraph linking AF with the film food inc and Cassandra Jardine made an order with them and reported back. Not perhaps the best week- she had the mustard and the chocolate quills, but not much else. However, Dan is reported as saying they were moving to next day delivery which would let them do fresh fruit and veg.Interesting...

I read that article too. Interesting to see how people react to fresh fruit and veg near it's use by date. I must admit I am more sceptical about the storage life of this kind of thing. I'm perfectly happy to use dry or tinned food long after it's best before date but would worry that fresh stuff would deteriorate in transit.

I read the Telegraph article this morning. If it's next day delivery it could be okay. I have had 4 orders delivered this week and noticed that the items were all very cold when I got them.
I'd be happy to get fresh fruit and veg at good prices with the view that I could give away or freeze or dehydrate some of it.

I am disappointed with the beef jerky. Instead of being in strips, it is more like sprinkles/hundreds-of-thousands :(

We have just opened and eaten 2 packets - 1 worcester sauce and 1 honey bbq. The size of the peices is fine, small strips and pieces as expected.

I will let you know it I find any like yours.
