Oh dear - I think I've become an Approved Food Addict! I got my second order today and have felt compelled to put in a third one straight away a) because I can't bear to think about all the brilliant stuff I'm missing if I don't and b) because it's like Christmas when the huge parcel arrives!! and c) I get a real thrill out of seeing how much money I've 'saved' (which is daft really as I wouldn't be buying all of these products in these quantities if they were full price....).

I'm also really pleased because I took a punt on the Pink Potion drinks and bought 18 cases of them (for something silly like £2.97!!) and it paid off because my kids absolutely LOVE it! Plus we've got enough biscuits to last us until Easter now. And cat food and dog food and cakes and all kinds!

I think I need some therapy! LOL

Don't worry Minxy Bella- with time and some large plastic boxes, you will be fine. Although you may never fully recover.:o

We had to put a lock on the garage door because of all the yummy AP stuff which kept disappearing to school with the kids!

Now got 2 x pack of 5 boxes of jerky on the way!!:T:rotfl::T
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
  • Got another huge box from them today, very pleased as always, but I hope DH likes flaming cheeseball doritos :rotfl:and I have enough ryvita to last me until I'm about 70.
My cupboards are full now so I am going to ignore the AF website for a while! (or at least, try to ;))

The problem I have is that I do love the cases of stuff for 99p, but then I have to give loads of it away to people because I really am never going to be able to eat it all, even with 5 of us trying. For instance, I have 10 bottles of coulis which we are using in yoghurt etc- but it will be two years before we use it all at our current rate of consumption. And then tonight I see the 1p box of crisps and the different types of ryvitas and I've placed my 3rd order in a week. Ridiculous. But then again, only £15 for so much stuff- I've spent more than that popping into Tesco for a pint of milk...
  • I place an order a couple of weeks back with the ryvita and the cous cous but they were oos by the time it was being packed i did get other stuff but disappointed as they were the main reason for ordering.

Better luck next time me thinks
More [STRIKE]knowledge[/STRIKE] stuff then sense

    Hi

I am trying to place an order (I have used AF before) but it won't let me select collection. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks

You have to pay for delivery, and email them to ask to have it refunded. Sometimes you have to remind them. They have been saying for ages that they'll sort the glitch, but I don't think it's a priority.
