I just placed my first order with approved foods, so hopefully I will only have good things to say about their service when my order is delivered :-)

  • Ordered a week ago. Got an e-mail this morning and then huge box arrived late morning. This is my first ever order from Approved Foods.
Am really pleased. Lots of cup a soups, cous cous. We had nut roast for evening meal and it was lovely, even non veggie husband liked it !

Only problem is where to store it all!

    Can't wait to order again!

  • Reading this thread reminded me about Approved Foods :)

I've now placed my first order with them and will post an update as and when it's been delivered.

I ordered again after not ordering for a quite while, was pleased to see they now take p/pal and not just cc.

All arrived this morning very well packaged and I also received a bonus 24 x 500ml bottles of fizzy water that I hadn't ordered, and definitely weren't substitutions; am waiting for them to get back to me on these.

The Fabulous Bakin' boys pineapple, papaya and seeds flapjacks are very very nice :)

I've just placed my first order too. The £5.25 postage was a bit hard to swallow until I remembered that Asda usually cost me £6 odd when I shop online with them, so fair do's, I suppose.

The postage is fair when you think its to the door and the transport/fuel would cost nearly as much..................

  • I didn't think about the postage as an extra. I just knew I was getting a huge box of food for a total of £25 which would have cost £112 odd in a supermarket plus either delivery or my petrol.

I think I just felt a bit 'ooh' about the postage as I only put in a little order - just to test them, like, as you do!
