PAYG Phone with Sat Nav, Camera & Bluetooth?

Hey,
My girlfriends Mum has asked me to track down a phone with Sat Nav, a camera and bluetooth. Considering I've never seen her travel outside a 20mile radius of her house , take any photos on a phone nor has she any intention of answering her phone while driving (thats the reason she wants bluetooth), I don't see the point of her getting an expensive one. Some saleman tried to force her onto an iphone but thats a waste of her money. Does anyone know of a phone that she could buy cheapish, and possibly use with her existing Tesco sim (I reckon she uses her phone twice a week!) I've seen Nokia N95's for £220 odd and think that does it all, but anyone have anything better?
Thanks for your help...

I have an Nokia N95 - I like the phone (just not the company that gives me line rental!), however, I would say that if she will be wanting easy to use features, whe would be better off getting a cheaper phone and buying a SatNav. The Satnav on the N95 costs extra to use (as in you need to subscribe), it isn't that fast, and there are better units out there that do the job. From what I have been told - same is true with most phones.0
