Cool pic Ganyam!! I thought an orange or yellow car lost it, but we didn't see that crash, we saw one with a blue and white bonnet, so could be one of them there

Will try and go again next year - possibly for both days this time - camp on site to avoid the 1.5 hour traffic jam to get in!

We tried one direction but there was long queues so we tried a different way and there were still long queues.
We didnt have a map so couldnt work out a different route - will have to swap tips next year!

It was the orange guys team mate

The orange guy in that photo is the tournament leader.

I do not know the orange guys name if you have not guessed :D

I was sat by the dunlop brigde for that race and it came off right in front of us. I did check to see if you could go and get it like in rallying but there was barbed wire and people may have noticed :D

An white and blue car lost his bonnet too and suffered some front end damage too

  • Thanks guys,

We had a great weekend too. The only thing I didn't like was seeing how much litter people left on the floor as we were leaving :(

Badges sound kinda cool, but I'd only wanna say hello if I passed one of ya, don't have much confidence these days for much more:(

Traffic wasn't too bad apart from getting out today :)
  • We only live in Nottinghamshire so we went both days.... We had a great time, loved every minute of it. Great experience, hubby loved it.
The atmosphere was great. Took a picnic both days, but spent odd bit of money on tea, & a hat for grandson.

Was upset when the weather decided to be sunny instead of our usual rain, never expected it to be as hot!!, so I was cursing that we could of took the tent.

Only downside was getting out of the car park on Sunday, but you can not expect much more with such a big crowd that was there. Everything else spot on.

Many thanks again for this great opportunity to see this event for free.
