  • It annoys the hell out of me that there are SOME people out there that are soooo greedy to get these tickets with absolutely no intention of going just to flog them on EBAY..basically this will end up ruining it for everybody as the organisers in the end will stop organising these sort of FREE family days out due to this sort of abuse..Like a lot of people I too like to do a bit of buying and sellig for profit but personally I would not stoop so low Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well at least one person shares my view.

I appeared to outrage the do-gooders with my previous thoughts on the subject.....

Whats wrong with offering them to others on the board who didn't get the quantities they would have liked?

Plenty of (guilty?) parties defending the ebayers, but apperently giving them away is officially frowned upon!

Do-gooder?? Don't think so - just didn't think it was appropriate to use abuse on people just because you don't agree with them. Anyway, at least you've got some company with fellow misery mike_the_bike :) - hopefully you can cheer yourselves up with the thought that the prediction in post #319 and picture those ebay purchasers being turned away at the gate and turning their anger onto the sellers...

Anyway - the free ticket link still seems to be there so if it's not too late to get them sent out, can't anyone still apply?

If not, and anyone fancies a trip to Barcelona :) , you appear to be able to get those as well for the October event (the previous Le Mans one appears to be only open to get tickets from "local" french car dealerships):

Got my tickets today thanks to the op again.I'm sure my lads will love it. So can other people use these tickets? I was wondering this, this morning as We will only go for the saturday but FIL and wife may like to go on the sunday would we be able to pass them on,seems a shame for them to be wasted. Also does anyone know if the kids have to have tickets? (I have got them tickets but just wondered if I needed to?)Thanks guys

No - kids don't need their own tickets. I passed mine on to friends last year as OH had to work. No problem with doing that. :)
