Thanks, on the phone to them now ...

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it ....
  • did you get your money back??

The address of the director can be found online, but seems to be a bogus mish mash of addresses..

I was ripped off by this mob in February.

They helped themselves to £700 deposit and Steve Dennison appears to have gone into hiding. Oddly enough, their website is also down at the moment.

I am also of the opinion he was using the alias Alexander Mertsalova.

Wonder if he fobbed anyone off with the story about "the man with the white van"?

If anyone can give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance!

Just received a phone call from Steve Dennison within two minutes of posting. He's promised me a refund within a day or two. If I receive my refund, I'll let you know.

Do you think he is maybe watching this thread?
  • I did tell him his name was being branded on the discussion forums. Anyway, it's now Thursday and no refund as yet.
  • Hi - just thought I'd let you know that we are in the same position. Steam shower ordered and paid for on 3rd June, still not received despite a total of 23 emails to/from Steve Dennison, all with various excuses as to why we haven't received it yet. On threatening them with legal action, his latest reply promises that he is trying to contact another courier company to arrange delivery and will also send us compensation - needless to say, I'm not holding my breath. I'm interested to know whether anyone has actually received either the goods or a refund.

Thanks for a brilliant and informative site

Unfortunatly no ... barclays debit card can't do anything about it ... as company is not bankrupt or anything. Also trading standards/consumer rights were no help either.

Oh well ... will learn from my mistakes. Buy form a reputable dealer!
