Hi all,
Just been to me local KFC, (yes yes I know, bad mum,lol) and ordered my daughter a fillet meal and myself a burger meal, got home, no burger for me, so i was very crosss, even tho i should checked the bag before we left, so i have just rung them and altho manager was apologetic, what can they do? i could go back for it, but its 10 minutes away, and of course they don't deliver.
he took my name and said next time i go in his wife will be nice to me

Nothing that you can do, as most hsops say always check change before you leave as mistakes cannot be rectified later, same goes for every thing I buy and receipts.

Fast food chains make their money for serving ppl quicky and accurately. Therefore I cannot see why GreyPilgrim is making those "trying to be sarcastic" comments. I don't know where shopaholic2 lives, but I fully understand how he/she must feel.

If you go drive through, you usually do not check your order. I haven't. Ever. Also employees pack the order inside the premises so you actually cannot follow it up. If inside the same thing, Usually they pack the order away from the counter.

Christ on a bike i was only having a little moan.

am thinking of keepng my own chickens actually, purely for selfish reasons,i;e Idiot at KFC forgets to put my chicken burger in the bag before I leave.

And perhaps the chap at KFC made an honest mistake. Maybe 'idiot' is a bit harsh.

Wouldn't know. I'm at work and inbetween running rather large SQL processing jobs I have a few minutes to kill so I jumped on here.

Ugh database stuff yak !!

OP, very annoying, has happened to me a few times, I don't eat meat myself (yes I know chicken is poultry) but I get take outs for my son now and then.
