I'm sure you know that, I'm answering for the benefit of the others who don't seem to realise this.
The OP has a very good chance of a claim succeeding. They may raise arguments of contributory negligence on the basis that the boxes were there to be seen, but these are fairly weak and no more than 10-15%.0 -
