Osps Cashback Problem

Sent off two seperate recorded delivery cashback claims on 20th March.
Received cheque for one on 1st April 2006.
Telephoned on 3rd April to chase other cheque, sorry we have not received the claim for this. Gave her recorded delivery receipt number and checked online - yes it had been signed for. Told me to fax over the bill and she would pass it onto the cashback dept. Yes, you've quessed sorry not received the fax , i even had a sucessful fax message out of the machine. Then advised to email bill which i have and asked for email back to say it had been received. Also to make sure i faxed again on friday.
Any advice on what to do if they still say they haven't received the fax/email how many times should i try or shall i try the small claims court route. Any advice please.

I sent mine away on 14th March and I just recieved it yesterday. They tend to go in batches so you may find it appears this weak.

Don't give up and do this until you have the problem solved. In the past I had the similar problem with fax, but when I e-mailed the copies the first e-mail was successful. Keep notes about names of the persons you speak to and the time. Use 01270504400 number to save money on calls.

Sent mine on 20th March, but they have no log of it on their system
