Free £20 dvd voucher

latest T&Cs say 14 days:

Voucher codes will be sent to the email address that you used to register for the DVD Rental service. It is your responsibility to make sure that you receive the voucher code. If it does not arrive within 14 days of registering for the DVD Rental service, contact us at help@dvd.co.uk and we will investigate the voucher code.

We received our voucher yesterday and have spent it already! I think DVD.co.uk is a really good value website even without the £20 voucher!
On the other hand, the screenselect dvds were quite badly scratched and wouldn't work in our dvd player. Luckily we have a dvd drive on the pc and it plays fine on there. I've sent one back today (we went for the 3 at once option) and I got a proof of posting as recommended by previous posters. I hope they get them with no fuss!

I signed up last Tuesday(11th) received my first two discs on thurs - first choice - sent back on tuesday morn received two more today - first choice again - and voucher code in e-mail!!
Discs seem to be ok and have now cancelled last night. Service seemed ok for the brief time with it so off to spend my vouvher!! :T

I think I got a proplem? I've been reading all the great news of everyone getting their £20 vouchers, (I SIGNED UP 12/April ,got dvd's 2 days after.) Does it come from dvd.co.uk ? coz I got one today, but its for £5 ?????????? help?

Baskets have sent me a £5 voucher. Sent a complaint to both them at help@dvd.co.uk and to screenselect. if they do not sort it out then I will cancel asap, and try blockbusters vis quidco.

Many thanks for the original post I received my £20 voucher yesterday and cancelled with screen select today all discs returned.

Now I await my box set of 24 series 2 to arrive which cost me nothing. :T

I have reformed from my spend spend and spend some more ways this is much more satisfying. :rotfl:

I too only got a £5 voucher, surely they can't back out of this one? The advert on the Home page clearly states that you can cancel at any point and still get £20, no asterisks or footnotes present. I've written to help@dvd.co.uk too, will see what transpires.

I sent an email to cservices@screenselect.co.uk and they replied saying that yes, I should have received the £20 voucher and to contact dvd.co.uk direct, which I am about to do!
