The only contact email/number of any kind I could find was returns@dvd.co.uk
Thought I'd give that a go! There are no phone numbers or other email addresses that I could find.
This is the first money saving tip that I have done and am so annoyed that it hasn't worked. Fingers crossed though.......!May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch...:D0 -
I've been looking for an e-mail address and found help@dvd.co.uk in the full terms and conditions.0

I just received my voucher also for £5, the thing is, it gives you the link to tell others about which still says £20 for free.0

I signed up on the 8th and I'm still waiting for my voucher. Seeing that other people on this thread had theirs already although they signed up after me does'nt make me any happier
I will not continue a subscription with this company thats for sure
The terms and conditions do state that it could be up to 28 days to receive the voucher so you can't really be too unhappy about that, surely? They have probably been inundated with new subscriptions through word of mouth on sites like this, it is natural for there to be delays. In my opinion we can't be too fussy when we're getting something for free!
I take your point about their service in terms of which dvds you receive, but surely we're doing this for the £20 voucher not the long term. If you're looking for a company to stay with, there are numerous people who'd advise against screenselect because of their experiences.
I hope you receive your voucher soon!
To those who are emailing about getting the wrong voucher - good luck, I hope they are prompt in their responseDon't stress, relax, let life roll off your backs. I got too impatient to wait for an email querying why I got a £5 voucher instead of the £20 as advertised.......so I phoned dvd.co.uk and spoke to a really friendly guy (all credit too him!).
I ranted a little and he said that LOADS of other people have had the same problem receiving £5 vouchers instead of £20 and they are getting in touch with screenselect to sort it out and promise that they will be in touch via email.
I suggest if you are having the same problem as me - give them a call on 01865 887470.
Hope this helps!!!!May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch...:D0 -
It is probably worth pointing out that the current page says the code to be entered is DVD52. If however you click on the link supplied it enters the code DVD20.
So if you are signing up now it might be worth doing what the flyer says? Don't know which is best.
**** ok that is only true when going to https://www.dvd.co.uk/rental (the link supplied with my voucher - which was only £5 btw) but if you click on the get £20 image flashing at the top of the page you go to a page telling you to enter DVDAPRIL
https://www.dvd.co.uk/rental redirects to http://www.dvd.co.uk/landingpage.asp?id=20 this is the page that has the conflicting codes on
however clicking the banner gives http://www.dvd.co.uk/landingpage.asp?id=7 which doesnt have conflicting information (though it is completely different to the other page and has correct T&C link)0 -

I agree, normaly I wouldnt mind waiting 28 days. Thats fair. But knowing they are sending out to people who signed up after me, does get to me a bit. No worries though.... If it comes...it comes.
I cancelled my subscription now and asked the post office for proof of posting as suggested on page 140 -
Received my voucher this morning - well happy :TVeteran Bargain Hunter -
