    Morning peoples

    Still meh...

Last night was lovely and chilli went down a treat (as did the rum soaked strawberries with cream and choc buttons:p)

Nothing planned for today. Next catalogues for AW (in July!) arrived yesterday so may have a browse through them. Am now officially 3lb lighter than I was when I ran the 10k las May so have lost all the baby weight plus a bit:j Need new clothes now though:rolleyes:

I have some size 14 stuff that needs a new home - tops and trousers - once i've sorted through the jumble sale I call clothes storage. Anyone interested? I'll list what I've actually got when I've sorted and you can take your pick:p

Morning everyone, hope you have a good day... Maz, didn't know that about faster payments, how annoying!

Not in the best of moods today, fed up with work and had a cr*ppy run last night, ankle is playing up so I'm going to have to give it a rest for a few days.. meant to be doing a race on Sunday as well, feel quite sorry for myself this morning, feels like nothing can keep going well for more than a few weeks :(

Morning all! Hope everyone's well. Have had a hellish few weeks and my girls got chickenpox one after another.. plus more money stress led to an absolute nightmare but happy to say the girls are better at the very least!
What hae I missed? How did the runforall go? Was gutted I couldn't make it but in the end the girls had chickenpox anyway and their dad was refusing to have them so I would've had to bow out at the last minute anyway!! Typical.

Hi IA, run for all was great thanks, there are some pics on facebook.
We all managed to finish without collapsing, the atmosphere was amazing!

    I've entered 2 more races :T:
Bradford road race in October (choice of 5 miles or 10 miles!)
Leeds Abbey 10k dash in November

Glad to hear your girls are recovering well, chicken pox is hellish.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
