    Sally - Have you got any icepops/lollies in that you can get down Bea to help bring her temperature down a bit (and also get some fluids in)?

    I've just eaten rum soaked strawberries and baileys ice cream......lush-de-lish. In my defence I had a bowl of HM veggi soup for tea so was very good.

    A friend gave me a pair of jeans yesterday that shes bored with....as inspiration to loose a bit of weight (lovely next jeans that I coveted)...I tried them on to see how far I've got to go before they fit.....but they already do!! :j - Ok so I wouldn't want to try sitting down in them but I can do them up without breathing in! (They're 2 sizes smaller than anything else I own)
