Iboprofen is not very good at lowering temps. You need the paracetamol which is Calpol. Phone NHS for advice and if she fits get get to hospital immediately.0

Running is going great - really got my mojo back today which gives e confidence for my 10 race on Sunday - it wont be a pb but hopefully it wont be embarrassing either
