    You can get 2 for one into the dungeons by redeming kit kat points.
    Just look at the thread on the voucher board,register and add a few free points to redeem.
    If you go on the open top bus tour they have vouchers with your tickets also but the buses are a bit expensive.Boat cruises too depart by the bridge near the train station.
    We went at the beginning of March,weather was lousy but we loved the place.

    According to Yorks TV lunchtime news - this will definitely, positively, absolutely - be open on Wed (12th Apr).

    A good place to eat is the Roman Bath pub ,(look at other peoples servings first, as you may be able to share!) right outside Browns Dept store in Piccadilly, also the Piano restaurant offers a good veggie selection, not far from the Minster

    Personally, I would never pay to go into the Minster, I think it's about £7 or something!

    I live close to Durham, and its free to visit the Cathedral!
