It's the house in Devon for me - even if only in my dreams - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz got a maid (remember the ad with a male maid in his pinny a few years ago) zzzzzzzzzzzzz he's bringing me a cool drink as I watch the sea on the balcony in the sunshine.........

Pity to wake up to reality!!!

Had another free lunch at work today with yesterdays buffet leftovers - but then broke into my £20 and had tea in pub with friend. But it was BOGOF - only £6 spent on 2 courses, drink and coffee - so not bad at all for a couple of hours out - not quite Michelin Star dining but was ok :) - not been out in ages - so 2 meals out in a week and another night out next week is a shock to the purse. Put there is life to live whilst sorting these debts.

Serious cleaning to be done tomorrow whilst DH is at work - not sure what possessed me to get a beige plain carpet last time round. But hey it was a good idea at the time.

Hope the cheque arrives soon Hypno

Z, you could still bring your multiple sarcasm with you - we could accommodate you in one of the wash houses.....:D

milann, once my students have gone home, I too will be doing a mad manic housework type project - getting ready for the next paying guest!

Higher class accomodation than DS and DD's tent...

Arran was volcanic but many, many years ago - surely we'll be fine now? it's where my DS wants to live. maybe I've got a thing about volcanoes - I quite fancy Santorini too...

no, skint, I am having another 2 weeker starting on Sunday.......I think we will stick to the short term ones from now on - just a couple of times a year to help the debtbusting a bit. But the general idea is still that we don't have a student.......

.....it is just hard for me to say no to the money :rotfl:
