You've got me doing property !!!!!! now! Apart from being a bungalow, which I'm neutral about, this one is the ideal for me in the future - space for people to stay, a garden thats worth employing a gardener for, a separate study for my multifarious wheeler-dealing, walking distance of a proper town centre and walking distance to a station only half an hour away from London. Thats me done.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Property !!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
But you don't really want that bungalow, KC - there is no furniture to sit on :rolleyes:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Erm... can I have a bit of £20 challenge clarification please?
I took back 2 tops bought pre challenge (£7+£15=£22 refund) and bought a bag I've been drooling over for 4 months (£12.50 as it was now half price and the last one in the 3 shops I tried :whistle:)
Does that mean I have gained £9.50 (£22-£12.50=£9.50) to my £20 challenge or have simply spent £12.50 of my £20 and ignore the refund?Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

Sadly, the rules quite clearly say (!) that you have spent £12.50 of your £20.....
Because you didn't HAVE to buy the bag. You could have taken the refund of £22, and not bought the bag, and still had your £20 plus £22 in your pocket.......
