I don't think anything will change, lucielle, in all honesty, because he generally enjoys the work. And there is a lot to be said for being in a job that you love......

I have come to the conclusion that the less financial pressure we have from the debt, the less I will be bothered about his unpaid work......I cannot control what he gets paid or how much he loves or doesn't love his job.....so I should not waste my energy on being bothered by it.

What I CAN do is pay off the debt, so that we don't rely on the money so much.....allowing us to do the work we enjoy without worrying about the money we earn in the same way. So therefore THAT is what I should be focusing on, rather than stuff I cannot control.

I have listed my display stand on ebay.....just need to get the momentum going and list a bit more......we must have loads of stuff still that we can make a reasonable amount from, by ebay or car boot sales......it is just putting my mind to it that is proving to be the difficult bit!!!

I'm with you on the attitude to DHs job...in that you are better off using your energies to take control of what you can...this debt busting lark can be so draining.

oh yes, very draining!

Just got back in again from collecting the students - now cooking them dinner because they haven't eaten since lunch time. Then I need to get another load of washing in, iron the last lot, and collapse!

I have a bid on ebay of £19.99 already, so a good start there - will help encourage me to do something else tomorrow evening when I get home again.....

I've finished my script though, so I have a reasonable amount ready to record on Monday evening, which is good.....and I have another dooyoo review ready to upload this evening.........
