Just remembered I've got a wodge of euros that I never bothered to swap back as rate was poor (very un MSE though!) I'll chuck them in the pot if I can bags a sunbed near the pool & I'll bring my own bar :rotfl:

I have some annoying property !!!!!!. Colleague at work said she driven past lovely house just my style like a Jane Austen home. So I went hunting for details. Things she's over estimated my budget by a very long way :rotfl:

Its overpriced as they bought it late 2007 for 380K and whilst they've done lots of work its not worth that much! think of their profit

Yikes, I think I need a grid with lots of squares :). You can stay whenever you want Shelley as long as I can have a room with you when I come to Norwich to see DD :)

Edit: Shell, when I was looking for euros I found 46p, chucking it your way :D
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

Stranger things have happened in property markets.......It's empty, the developer will want to release the capital to buy up other properties......he will eventually drop the price, then you go in with a silly offer and a 14 day completion date, and he bites off your hand so he can go to the next auction and buy up a plot of land he has had his eye on......

Hey it is a recession! Cutbacks had to be made! Had to re-wire my brain!

Anywho! I can only find a nice 2 bed in Watford that hasn't even been built yet! Though I can't get a 100% mortgage so I'm done for until the end of 2010/2011:mad:

I've got about 3 euros left in change ... I *love* that style, and that infinity pool, and that area. I never saw that whole area of rightmove tho - now I've got a new obsession!

I prefer gallygirls property !!!!!! to the 1st one - don't like the pool - it's got no edge, and would swim over the end AAAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!

Disaster today - took 3 bottles of sparkly wine to friends cos it had been in my cupboard literally years (don't like the stuff here - can't even remembr where it came from!!) and had to pour 2 down sink - funny brown colour - will clear her drains out though lol

not got far with my dooyoo reviews at all - must do better
