    I've got as far as
    Menu-> Settings->Connectivity-> then I get options of Bluetooth, Infrared, GPRS, or USB data cable which is greyed out.
    Help?

    some operators (like 3) remove that option, but as far as I know Orange keep that option. which SE do you have?

    The option will be under a different menu. Sorry, don't have experience with Nokias.

    My Orange Nokia is under.. Settings > Connectivity > Network > Network Mode.... then click on GSM.
  • GF is having issues with her phone in south Reading, apparently after many calls to call centre we have found out that there are 2 masts down in our area.
    Orange to their credit have given the equivalent of £10 reduction of the monthly bill (initially £45) but took a lot of complaining.
