I WON my tribunal

:D Just to let ppl know i went to my tribunal today for then turning me down for esa higher rate .
And the tribunal agreed with me that i am depressed i scored 21:T on there assesment
so i was well pleased they now have to back date my money from march 09

So it goes to show if you get turned down on your appeal go to the tribunal

    The Appeal/Tribunal is the same thing - or so I thought?

    Do you mean that you got moved into the Support Group BTW?

    no the appeal it gets sent to another advisor to re-assess a tribunail is more of a hearing

    You can't tell how somebody is feeling from a post on a forum! I sometimes can post quite "normal/happy" messages but i'll be sat here in tears, completely depressed. ETA - i'm not being narky with anybody here by the way :)

    ty all but ESA you allways have to put a spanner in the works and you bogof-babe
    so coz i got good results and for once pleased dont make me depressed ?

    An appeal IS a tribunal. A tribunal can be an oral hearing but not necesserily. What you describe is a reconsideration or in some cases a review.
